The design and execution summarize the ancestral knowledge of the chusi technique, which is masterfully developed by the team of professionals, artisans and craftsmen with a marked trajectory. Also, it involves multiple techniques, proposing a dialogue between embroidery, the loom and the superimposition of solutions to result in an authentic author’s design.
Based on one of the most widespread techniques in the region, the chusi, different actions are combined that result in one of the most original pieces on the market. The cut hair of different lengths constitutes one of the differentials, added to the separately woven pieces that are later joined together forming the main development. While some threads are worked directly onto the rug itself, others are joined or embroidered according to the needs of the design. A unique piece, a work of textile art to treasure.
