Each of our rugs is handcrafted on a loom, using hand-spun and hand-dyed wool. Its creation is carried out with dedication and passion, which is reflected in every piece. Our artisans create unique rugs, with their own stories.
Below, you will find information and tips to help you keep your rug in excellent condition and preserve its beauty over time.
Regular Care
It is recommended to vacuum frequently, which helps maintain its appearance and also prevents the proliferation of moths and other insects. The ideal frequency is about once a week, adjusting according to the level of use in your home. The most important thing when vacuuming is to avoid using the brush attachment and to make gentle movements without applying full power. It is advisable to vacuum carefully, always following the direction of the weave to avoid damage. Additionally, never sweep with a broom. It is essential that everyone responsible for caring for the rug is given proper instructions to do it correctly and preserve its original condition.
Liquid Stains
1. Mix half a glass of vinegar and detergent in warm water.
2. Remove the stain with a sponge until foam appears.
3. 3. To remove a stain, act quickly to prevent it from drying. Most stains are easy to eliminate if you respond immediately. It’s important to avoid letting the stains dry.
4. Repeat the process as many times as necessary, then dry thoroughly with a towel, using gentle movements.
Recommendations
We do not recommend placing the rug in direct sunlight, as over time, this can cause color variations. Rotating the rugs regularly is a good practice to prevent this.
